In the unlikely event that a delivered product is found to be faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. This also applies to any problem with an item purchased from us which is still under warranty.
Do not attempt to repair an item, either on your own or through a third party, as this will affect your right to a refund.
The legal warranty period is 2 years. To exercise your warranty rights, please follow the instructions provided by customer service.
If, after diagnosis, it turns out that the fault is not covered by the above warranties, we will return your original Product to you if it was returned to us beforehand.
