Return :

While we want you to be completely satisfied with your new purchase, we know that sometimes it's necessary to make a return.

If you are not completely satisfied with your online purchase from ICONIC, you may return it to us in its original condition within 14 days of delivery. You will be responsible for the return shipping costs.

ICONIC warranty :

In the unlikely event that a delivered product is found to be faulty or damaged, please contact our Customer Service Department for assistance. This also applies to any problem with an item purchased from us which is still under warranty.

Do not attempt to repair an item, either on your own or through a third party, as this will affect your right to a refund.

The legal warranty period is 2 years. To exercise your warranty rights, please follow the instructions provided by customer service.

If, after diagnosis, it turns out that the fault is not covered by the above warranties, we will return your original Product to you if it was returned to us beforehand.
